Electronic recording is normally completed within 2 hours or less*. After placing your order and checking out, you will receive an email confirmation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PROCEEDING....

- The purchase of this service is $39.95 for recording a single page document.
-
County recording fees are included for a one page document with up to four (4) parties to be indexed, and no doc stamps required.
- If your document contains multiple pages, more than 4 names to be indexed, or requires any additional county fees, a Recording Fast team member will contacte you for a price change before your document is recorded.

DISCLAIMER:

You may submit your documents 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; however, actual document recording is subject to the county clerk's normal operating hours. Documents will be recorded according to the individual county work and holiday schedules. If the county is closed for recording, the document will be held in a queue and submitted for recording as soon as the county re-opens.

* 2 hour recording time is subject to county operating hours.
